Who we are
Tooluy is provided by Vinicios Gama Salum, trading as Tooluy (“Tooluy”, “we”), based in Kamëz, Tirana, Albania. When you create an account or use Tooluy, you enter into an agreement with us.

Accepting these terms
By creating an account or continuing to use Tooluy, you accept these terms and our Privacy notice. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
If you create the account for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act on its behalf. Tooluy is a service for businesses.
The service
Tooluy is online software for managing businesses that work to order: quotes, production or job orders, stock, finance, the client portal and the online catalogue. Its features are described on tooluy.com.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with every feature. After the trial, a paid plan is needed to continue.
We may improve and change the service. If we remove a main feature you are using, we will tell you in advance.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the users you add.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone has accessed it without permission.
Payment and subscription
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Prices are shown on tooluy.com and depend on your trade and the number of users.
- The subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- Taxes such as VAT are calculated and collected by Paddle according to your country.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation applies from the next billing period; until then your account stays active.
- If we change a price, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the renewal after the notice.
Refunds follow our Refund policy. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to payments.
Prohibited use
You may not use Tooluy for:
- unlawful activity, fraud or spam;
- sending campaigns or messages to people who have not given their consent;
- infringing other people’s copyright, trademarks or intellectual property;
- interfering with the security of the service: malware, probing for vulnerabilities, attacks, or automated data scraping;
- reselling or providing the service to others without our written permission.
Your business data
The data you put into Tooluy (clients, quotes, employees, finances) belongs to you. You can export and delete it.
For the personal data of your clients and employees, you are the controller and we are the processor: we process it only to provide the service, following your instructions and our Privacy notice. You are responsible for having a legal basis to collect it, for example consent before sending campaigns.
Third-party services
Some features connect to other services that you switch on yourself: Meta’s WhatsApp Business, fiscalisation through easyPos, or your own email server for campaigns. They have their own terms and costs: for example, you pay Meta directly for WhatsApp messages. We are not responsible for those services.
Intellectual property
The Tooluy software, name, logo and design belong to us. During your subscription we grant you the right to use it for your business. Your logo and materials remain yours.
Availability
We work to keep Tooluy running at all times and make a backup every day, but we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause it briefly for maintenance, preferably outside working hours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any damage related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Tooluy in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated serious violations. Where possible we will warn you first and give you time to fix it.
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. After closing, data is deleted as described in our Privacy notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days in advance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. Disputes are heard by the courts of Tirana, without affecting any rights the law of your own country may give you.
