14 days to change your mind
If you are not happy with Tooluy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, without giving a reason.
How to ask
- At paddle.net: find your order with the email you paid with and request the refund.
- Or write to [email protected] with the email you paid with and your business name.
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders. The refund goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show in your account depends on your bank.
Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. You pay nothing during the trial and we do not ask for a card.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After you cancel, no further payments are taken and your account stays active until the end of the paid period.
More than 14 days after a payment, cancelling stops future payments. If you have a particular reason, write to us: we look at every case.
